Help & FAQ
Quick answers on how to use the app.
Sleep
8How do I start tracking my baby's sleep?
From the home screen, tap the button to start the timer as soon as your baby falls asleep. When they wake up, stop the timer. The app saves the nap or night automatically. You can also add a sleep later if you forgot to log it in the moment.
What's the difference between a nap and the night?
The app tells apart naps (during the day) from night sleep. Night sleep is what's used to calculate night wakings and the longest continuous stretch — two of the key numbers in your report.
My baby wakes at night to feed — do I have to pause the night?
You have two ways to log it, and both are equally correct:
A — Pause and resume: when they wake, tap Pause night, log the feed, and when they fall back asleep tap Resume night.
B — One single session: leave the night running and, when you stop the timer in the morning, the app asks how many times your baby woke.
Use whichever feels easier: A is more precise in the moment; B is simpler.
What are the "Pause night" and "Resume night" buttons for?
They let you split the night into several stretches with wakings in between. That way the app correctly counts how many times your baby wakes and calculates the longest continuous stretch. If you logged the feed without pausing, the app would think they slept straight through — and that number wouldn't reflect reality.
How do I log how many times my baby woke at night?
Two ways: use Pause/Resume night each time they wake, or leave the night running and enter the number of wakings when you stop the timer in the morning. Both feed your report equally well.
I forgot to stop the timer and it's still running — what do I do?
No worries. Stop the timer and then, from the history, edit that entry to set the end time to when your baby actually woke up. The data will be corrected.
What is the "wake window" and why does it matter?
It's the time your baby can stay comfortably awake between one sleep and the next, based on their age. The app uses it to suggest when the next nap is coming and to help avoid an overtired baby.
How do I edit or delete an entry I logged by mistake?
Go to the history, tap the entry, and you can edit or delete it. You can also fix the time if you entered it wrong.
Feeding
3How do I log a breastfeeding or bottle feed?
From the home screen, choose breast or bottle and log it. For bottles you can note the amount; for breast you can use the timer. Feeds help you understand your baby's rhythm alongside sleep.
How does the breastfeeding timer work and how do I switch sides?
When logging a breast feed, you can start the timer and pick left breast or right breast. You can switch sides during the feed to keep track of each breast.
If my baby falls asleep while feeding, how do I log it?
Log the feed first and, if they drift off, start the sleep timer once you see they're asleep. That way both are recorded separately.
Schedule
3What is the timeline and how is the schedule calculated?
The timeline shows you a suggested schedule of naps and night for the day, based on your baby's age, their wake windows, and what you log. The more you track, the more it adapts to your actual baby.
Why does the recommended schedule change during the day?
Because it recalculates from what you log. If a nap starts earlier or later than expected, the app shifts the following ones to keep a healthy rhythm. This is normal and expected.
Can I adjust bedtime or the schedule?
Yes. You can adjust preferences such as bedtime from the timeline settings, and the app will take your preferences into account when proposing the schedule.
Sleep report
3What is the sleep report and what does it include?
It's a personalized report for your baby with a summary of their sleep, a plan tailored to your goal, and age-appropriate recommendations. It's generated from what you track and your baby's information.
When does the report update or get better?
The report gets better the more days you track. With several days of your baby's real data, the recommendations become much more precise and personalized.
Can I download the report as a PDF?
Yes. From the report you can open and share it as a PDF, to keep it or show it to your pediatrician.
Account & subscription
4What's free and what does Premium include?
You can track sleep and feeds for free. Premium unlocks the advanced features, such as the full personalized report and continuous guidance. You'll always see what's included before subscribing.
Can I share the account with my partner?
Yes. Premium is family-wide: you can invite your partner from Settings › Family, and you'll both see and log the same baby's data, with the subscription shared.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The subscription is managed by your store (App Store or Google Play). Go to your store account's subscriptions and cancel there; you'll keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
I paid but I don't see Premium active — what do I do?
