Magic timeline showing predicted naps

It's 3 a.m.

Your baby is awake. Again. You've tried the swaddle, the song, the gentle bounce. You scroll through forums in the dark, searching for someone — anyone — who can tell you what's going on.

We've been there. That's why we made Nana.

Nana learns your baby.

Log a nap with one tap. Then another. After a few days, Nana starts to see what no spreadsheet can — your baby's actual rhythm. The wake windows that work. The bedtime that holds.

From there, she predicts. Not generic ranges from a book — your baby, today, this hour.

Your day, mapped out — one minute at a time.

Magic timeline showing predicted naps

One tap. That's it.

Sleep, feed, bottle, diaper. The kind of logging you can do half-asleep, with one hand, while holding a baby. Because that’s the only way it actually gets done.

She speaks baby too.

Wake windows that adapt to today, not yesterday’s average. Bridge catnaps when the day’s gone sideways. A bedtime that protects the night. The kind of nuance you’d expect from a sleep consultant who’s been at this for years.

Reports that explain what's working — and what isn't.

Smart sleep analysis report

Right on your lock screen.

Once a sleep starts, Nana lives in your Live Activity. Glance at your phone — see how long they’ve been down. Stop the session with one tap, no unlock needed.

Questions parents ask

How does Nana know when my baby should sleep?

You log naps and wakes with a single tap. After a few days Nana learns your baby’s actual wake windows and rhythm, then predicts the next nap and bedtime for your baby specifically — not a generic range from a book.

What are wake windows?

A wake window is the amount of time a baby can comfortably stay awake between sleeps before becoming overtired. They grow with age — from around 45–60 minutes for a newborn to several hours for a toddler. Nana tracks yours and adapts them day by day.

Is Nana free?

Yes — Nana is free to start, with no ads. You can track sleep, see wake windows and use the timeline without paying.

Can both parents use it?

Yes. Nana is family-shared, so both parents — or a grandparent or carer — see the same live timeline and can log from their own phone.

Does Nana work for newborns and toddlers?

Yes. Wake windows, nap counts and bedtimes all adapt as your baby grows, from the newborn weeks through the toddler nap transitions.

Sleep better, tonight.

It only takes a tap.

Say hello.
